To stop a rash of Baby Jesus hijackings from mangers, one company is using Lojack-like car tech to keep the little suckers off the 2008 ten most stolen list.
Apparently Baby Jesus’ all over the country are being stolen from church nativity scenes. To fight the sacrilegious thieves, a company called BrickHouse Security is offering free security cameras and the Lojack-like Lightning GPS unit to non-profit churches this Christmas season. The Lightning GPS system is normally used for fleet management and parents checking up on teen drivers. Be that as it may, 70 churches have taken the offer of a digital big brother and more are expected before the end of the month.
Our advice to you - Be careful the next time you’re out and suddenly get the itch to take Baby Jesus home with you. They'll now know where you live.
